Under the motto "Democracy and Diversity in Child Day Care", the umbrella organizations of the Freie Wohlfahrtspflege, the Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Kinder- und Jugendhilfe - AGJ (Working Group for Child and Youth Welfare) and the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth want to jointly promote democracy building, diversity awareness and participation in early childhood education, care and upbringing. The welfare associations are responsible for about two-thirds of all day care centers and day care services for children in Germany. They carry out their own projects within the framework of the cooperation. The AGJ assumes a coordinating function within the overall project.

The overall appearance of the coordination office is primarily aimed at pedagogical and non-educational professionals as well as parents and parents' representatives. We have developed a corporate design that addresses all participants in a positive and confident manner. The theme of diversity is reflected in the different shapes and colors. Aesthetically, we took inspiration from children's drawings. The flexible patterns and structures, which work both in combination with and without images, create a universe of possibilities which can be used on different media.

We have already realized a number of information materials and giveaways as well as launched an extensive website.

In addition to various special pages and ready-made templates, the website offers a highly automated newsletter system. Thus, blog entries, event announcements, press releases and infothek descriptions can be inserted into a precise layout and an individual HTML newsletter at the push of a button. Within the intuitively usable CMS system (Django) there is an easy-to-use construction kit, with which an automatically created newsletter can be edited at will by just a few clicks.

2023 created a trade fair stand for didakta in Stuttgart.
