Each project is unique and each commission demands an individualised approach. Because of this, we like to ask questions. Questions are the foundation to understanding a task precisely. As facilitators, we need to be intimately acquainted with both sides and their needs.
Whether for big or small-scale clients – we always analyse the company: its services, its market niche, and its target groups through a comprehensive research process. Our goal is to understand the brand as sender and the target groups as recipients, to be able to identify preferences, to define exactly the right tone and to find emotional and content-related points of contact.
